When two professionals left Toronto for Kelowna, BC, they wanted to create a home that blurred the lines between interior and exterior.

Since they both live and work from home(along with their four dogs and two cats), ro design elevated the interiors so that the mundane rituals of everyday life were made to feel special.

Concrete radiant floors while highly durable,  also feel warm underfoot. Simple natural materials throughout the home bring the outdoors in. Rugged elements like the reclaimed barnboard cladding the walls of the entrance reflect the orchards and farms that surround the home and offer a playful juxtaposition with the soft and more refined design elements and amenities.
