bloor west.

Built in 1921, this Bloor West Toronto home had a typical compartmentalized layout favored at the time. Both functionality and creative use of space were addressed, which focused on openness, light, and flexibility. The functionality ideas were driven by how the clients wanted to live with their family as well as entertain guests.

The addition to the basement, main floor, and 2nd floor in conjunction with a revamping of the floor plans allowed for more graceful living from day to day, and for entertaining purposes of which the clients enjoy. An attention to detail and quality craftsmanship, as well as the careful selection of materials has updated this home for the 21st century, while maintaining some of the charms and features of its earlier days.
